OVERVIEW

Our Mastère in Culinary Arts & Management program is designed for aspiring culinary professionals who want to take their skills to the next level. This program combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience in state-of-the-art kitchens. Students will study advanced culinary techniques, menu development and food and beverage management, as well as the cultural and historical influences of cooking. The program also explores the business side of the culinary world, including operations management, marketing and financial management.
