The programme is ideally suited if you are just starting to work in the area of web design, or would like to do so. No prior academic qualification or professional experience in web design is required.

You will require access to a standard laptop or desktop computer and a broadband Internet connection.

There are no additional software products to purchase. This course uses only free-to-download software and a range of free-to-use online services and resources. These include Microsoft Visual Studio Code for building web pages, GitHub for website hosting, Google Fonts for typefaces, and Pexels, UnDraw and Font Awesome for stock photography, illustrations, videos and icons.
