Admission Requirements
The admission requirements for the MBA program can be found on the Admissions page. MBA students must also meet the following:
o Have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale for all undergraduate or graduate level coursework. Students with a GPA less than 2.75 or at least 2.50
will be admitted provisionally. Students admitted provisionally to the MBA program must achieve a 3.0 GPA on the first nine credits in their program of study.
o The admissions committee will consider all applications to evaluate any additional prerequisite courses needed.
o Submit official transcript/s of the bachelor’s degree as well as any graduate level coursework.
Speciality
You are required to notify Avila’s International Student Services office of any changes in your program or status. You are also required to understand the rules and responsibilities of your F-1 student status. As part of your responsibility, you must continue to provide information to Avila’s International Student Services in the Registrar’s office while you are a student and while you are on OPT. Failure to follow these policies could cause problems with re-entering the U.S. and your student status.

The STEM MBA in Healthcare Management is an innovative 36-credit program that integrates advanced quantitative analysis, technology, and data-driven decision making with healthcare management principles.
