Entry to this programme is based on each applicant’s own merits and work experience. No prior academic qualification or professional experience in leadership is required.
The programme is ideally suited if you have a keen interest in enhancing existing leadership qualities, becoming a leader, an openness to the principles and challenges of leadership, and a willingness to self-reflect and develop your own leadership skills and abilities.

Career Overview
The Diploma in Leadership and Management aims to dramatically enhance your practical leadership skills, awareness, impact, and judgment. Aspiring and existing managers will gain an in-depth understanding of leadership fundamentals and graduate knowing what it takes to be a more confident, well-rounded, and inspirational leader.
Graduates will be ready for roles where they oversee entire teams for specific or more permanent projects. They will feel confident in their leadership and development skills enough to explore mentoring opportunities (guiding and advising those less senior than they are) and coaching opportunities within their current organisation or in other industries with the transferable skills they will have acquired.
Graduates can also consider more extended programmes such as a degree in leadership or associated areas such as human resources management.
