International students with a high school diploma (or its equivalent) are welcome to study here. We offer rolling admissions throughout the year.
To apply, applicants must submit:
- A completed admissions application
- An Affidavit of Support
- Proof of proficiency in English, such as a satisfactory score on the TOEFL examination
- A high school diploma or its equivalent, and other evidence of qualifying for university study in their native country
Students without demonstrated proficiency in English may be admitted conditionally and required to complete a sequence of English language courses.
The Office of Admissions reviews documents received from international applicants throughout the year. Once accepted, you will receive all of the appropriate forms and information so you can begin your studies in the summer, fall, or spring semester.
Process: Following the conclusion of the add/drop period, the Bursar will identify registered undergraduate students with F1 or J1 visa codes in the Banner system and apply the corresponding exemption amount to the student’s account.

- The application fee for the Sonography or the Radiography programs is $60.
Tuition increases by roughly 3 to 4 percent each academic year. An international scholarship of 30
percent starts in the full semester after completing at least 24 credits (usually starting with semester 3).
Students who overload in either of their first 2 semesters will lose the full impact of the 30% scholarship.

Digital Multimedia Design explores the rapidly changing world of digital graphic design and multimedia communications with required courses in six areas:
- Principles of design
- Interface layout for print and electronic media
- Image processing and illustration
- Web and multimedia design
- Internship experience
- Portfolio preparation
Elective courses explore photography, typography, design history, information design, video production, computer illustration, drawing and painting, animation, design for mobile applications, and digital storytelling.
By graduation, students produce professional portfolios to represent their best work and skills to prospective employers or for graduate school admissions.
Digital Multimedia Design exposes students to practical skills required for the following jobs: advertising art director, web designer, production assistant, mobile interface designer, digital illustrator, digital photo processor, freelance media designer, and broadcast designer among many others.
An Honors Track is available to students with a minimum 3.5 GPA, permitting them to take 6 credits of master’s level courses in the Graduate School of Technology and apply the credits toward both their undergraduate degree and their master’s degree when the student enrolls in the Touro Graduate School of Technology.
