: Bachelor's degree : LLB (Hons) Law with Criminology : Full time : 36 MonthRequirements
Offers are tariff based, 120 - 144 tariff points from a Level 3 qualification* e.g.:
- A Levels: General Studies and Key Skills not normally accepted
- BTEC National Extended Diploma: DDM - DDD
- Cambridge Technical Extended Diploma: DDM - DDD
- International Baccalaureate Diploma: accepted
- Access: pass required
- Welsh Baccalaureate: We will accept this qualification in conjunction with other level 3 qualifications
- T Levels: T Levels in a relevant subject considered on a case-by-case basis
- Extended Project Qualification: Points can include a relevant Extended Project (EPQ) but must include a minimum 2 full A-levels, or equivalent.
- (International Candidates) school leaving qualifications that are equivalent to A levels/Level 3 and/or college diplomas are accepted from countries worldwide (subject to minimum English Language requirements).

Degree Overview
Combining the study of Law with Criminology leading to a Qualifying Law Degree gives students an opportunity to study in greater depth areas relating to the criminal justice system. Studies will relate to theories, policies, practice and important issues that are affecting the Law - studies that will be of value for graduates and for individuals who will later qualify as practising solicitors or barristers.
Study Reasons
- All LLB degrees have Qualifying Law Degree (QLD) status denoting that Bangor LLB graduates will have completed the academic stage of training for the legal professions in England and Wales.
- Bangor LLB degree holders are eligible to take the Law Society of Ireland entrance exams: FE-Is.
