Entry requirements
Roehampton English Language Test
- Undergraduate degrees - mapped to IELTs scores
TOEFL IBT
- Undergraduate degrees - 80 overall with a minimum of 17 in listening and writing, 18 in reading and 20 in speaking
IELTS Academic
· Undergraduate degrees – 6.0 overall with a minimum 5.5 in each component
Cambridge Advanced Certificate
- Undergraduate degrees – 169 overall with a minimum of 162 in each component
Cambridge Proficiency Certificate
- Undergraduate degrees – 169 overall with a minimum of 162 in each component
All applicants that require a Tier 4 visa must also meet the minimum English Language requirements before we can issue a Certificate of Acceptance for Study (CAS) that is needed to apply for a Tier 4 visa.
Academic requirements
Along with a complete application, EU and international applicants are required to submit various supporting documents. These include:

Sport is a fast growing and dynamic global industry that brings together commercial, social and political interests. There are fantastic opportunities for graduates who have a good understanding of the sports industry to apply their management, leadership and business skills. This programme was designed with input from our partners in the professional sports industry. They have given us insight into what really matters in the business of sport, and we have designed a programme that reflects the skills and knowledge required of graduates who go on to become successful in that business. Through our association with the Roehampton Business School, we will be able to equip you with business, management and marketing skills. You will then further develop and apply these skills in a number of varied and dynamic sport-related contexts. We will give you insight into the complex world of sports marketing, sponsorship and media, and explain their relationship to, for instance, eSports and other emerging markets As such, the aim of the programme is to produce graduates who: can demonstrate a theoretical, analytical and practical understanding of the principles that underpin the sports management sector can demonstrate a range of skills in relevant sports-related contexts are capable of working in interdisciplinary environments are equipped to meet the challenges of the local, regional and national sports management industry have developed an academic curiosity and a set of academic skills that encourages further study
