142 – 136 UCAS tariff points, ABB – AAB at A levels, DDM – DDD at BTEC, or a Merit in your T-Level. English Language or Literature and Maths Grade 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) are normally required.

We have excellent links with some of the biggest cyber employers in the county including GCHQ, Intel, IBM Security, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, BAE Systems, GE Aviation, GlaxoSmithKline, Kraft, Zurich Insurance, and many more.
The course is underpinned by strong ethical and legal foundations. These foundations are paramount to you moving into and progressing through a successful cyber career.
Graduates have a range of exciting career pathways such as penetration testing, data analytics, cryptography, network security, information security management, digital forensic examination, law enforcement and civil forensic examination.
We also offer a Master’s degree in Cyber Security, with UoG alumni able to claim a postgraduate scholarship discount of 15% off tuition fees.
