Requirements

152 – 136 UCAS tariff points, ABB – AAB at A levels, DDM – DDD at BTEC, or a Merit in your T-Level. English Language or Literature and Maths Grade 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) are normally required.

Speciality

Our Fine Art course provides opportunities for creativity and a range of exciting careers. Graduates are prepared for a range of roles, including Artist, Arts Manager, Creative Publisher/Designer, Art Therapist, and Gallery or Museum Curator. The course offers practical experience through placements, and previous students have completed placements at the National Portrait Gallery, Spike Island Bristol, Arnolfini, Drawing Room, White Cube Bermondsey and Cheltenham’s own Wilson Gallery.

A notable aspect of our programme is the chance to study at the British School in Rome for a month, among the most prestigious art history and culture research academies, funded by the University. With valuable industry connections and practical experiences, UoG’s Fine Art graduates are well prepared to succeed in the art world.
