Requirements

The applicant shall meet the following requirements to be eligible for enrollment:

  • hold current PPL(A),
  • hold current at least Class 2 medical in accordance with MED.A.030 (a), (c) and (e),

To apply for NR(A) the applicant shall fill in the NR(A) Student Application formand provide all the information and document copies as indicated.

 

Speciality

Night rating theory - 119 EUR
Night rating landing - 182 EUR
Night rating flight training - 1075 EUR

Additional information

The NR(A) theoretical knowledge instruction lasts for 2 hours and is organized individually as a long briefing at least one day prior to the flying.
The minimum flight instruction time for NR(A) is 5 hours of flight time in appropriate aircraft category at night, including:

  • at least 3 hours of dual instruction, including at least 1 hour of cross-country navigation with at least one dual cross-country flight of at least 50 km (27 NM),
  • 5 solo take-offs and 5 solo full-stop landings.

The detailed number and layout of exercises the student shall take under the course may be found in NR(A) Flight Instruction Syllabus.
Applicants shall have completed a training course within a period of up to 6 months.
