Construction Management

The Level 4 and 5 units (HND) prepare students to move on to specific areas of construction management at Level 6 or to enter employment with the qualities and abilities necessary for roles that require personal responsibility and decision making.

Pearson 2 Year HND after which BSC Honours could be achieved by top up Level 6 (Direct entry to Year 3) course. Thus, Bachelor degree is obtained in 3 years depending on the university.

Target 1: School students who could not do well in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Maths) but would like to work in construction/built environment.

Target 2: Students from families who are intending to start their construction business in the UAE. Family based in UAE/International

Target 3: Students who could not complete their Batchelors /Architecture/any engineering programmes in built environment.

Target 4: Employees in private/public sector in construction field who would like to top-up L6 after finishing HND with GBS Dubai.
