Requirements

If English is not your first language or you have not previously studied in English, our usual requirement is the equivalent of an International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic Test) score of 6.5, with not less than 6.0 in each of the sub-tests. We also accept other English language tests.

Do you want to produce and facilitate stories on stage? With this BA Theatre and Arts Management, you will investigate theatre as live event, as dramatic text and in its historical contexts, as well as understanding the business of the creative and cultural industries. You will be based in the heart of London’s vibrant arts and cultural scene.

You will explore theatre histories and theories in depth alongside the many ways in which it is possible to tell stories. You will gain a crucial understanding of:

how creative organisations work
how cultural policy is implemented
the role of audience development and curatorial practice.
Option modules offer you knowledge of other areas of the arts, literature and languages, or the opportunity to produce your own creative work independently and in collaboration with others.
